Job summarythis engineer will work directly in the development of product engineering in npi projects, cpm and suppliers; the main project will be: - Cabin development - Continuous improvement - Hvac system - Interior design job function and responsibilities- The professional will be responsible for conducting the development process in engineering projects. - The projects of your responsibility will be in the main systems of cabin. - Lead critical projects according to engineering strategy; - Apply all the design best practices during development phase; - Identify cost reduction opportunities; - Ensure that all the procedures have been accomplished before the drawing release; - Technical synergy with another engineering design teams - Agco and/or suppliers; - Failure analysis using right methods (dfmea, 8D, etc); - Build and maintain product bom (bill of material) according global procedures; - Support the purchasing and prototype area to develop and purchase components for projects; essential skills minimum qualifications (if applicable include physical requirements to comply with ada)knowledge and functional and technical skills of advertising, business inteligence, digital media, agribusiness; advanced knowledge of the office (specialy advanced excel and power point), fluency in english; minimum level of education required (for position): bachelor’s degree specific skill set required: yesexperience with engineering development or product validation in metallurgical, automotive or agribusiness industries. - Experience in technical drawings and gd & T - Great experience in 3D software, such as proe, creo, catia, nx or others in product design development years of business experience required: 6-8
