Hr manager is responsible for hr headcount planning, recruitment, trainingperformance appraisal and administrative .Job responsibilitiesdevelop and implement hr strategy, priorities and actionsprovide advice to management team in related to hr mattersestablish recruitment strategy and channel to fill up the vacancies within a reasonable time frame ...Improve the staff engagement and satisfaction within the organizationprepare the annual staff cost budget in accordance with business directionlead the annual salary review process, benchmark the salary and review staff benefits and packages in order to ensure our competitiveness within the marketbuild leadership pipeline to prepare for future business needsidentify the training needs in the country and address it through internal or external resourcesmaintain the staff turnover rate at reasonable rangehandle labor dispute case when necessary minimum education/experience requirements: minimum of 10 years relevant working experiences, 5 year hr management experiences fluent spoken and written english is a must working locarion: porto alegre.
