Engage the commercial team through sustainable initiatives that promote interactions with pods in brazil, aiming at the value capture system optimization (its integrity) and deploying the strategies in the field according to business continuity/maintenance. Promote sustainable adoption of current technologies by targeting farmers and key soybean commercial chain stakeholders for refuge adoption through the best practices recommended. Lead demand generation strategies for delivering personalized services and drive farmers digital transformation, while ensuring market share of soy business key regions keeping growers aware about the benefits and quality of soy technology/traits. Considering a highly complex multi-Trait scenario, design future access strategies that can harmonize the value capture system of different soy technologies in a sustainable and cost-Effective way. Ensure the implementation of all marketing programs that will support the goals of transition from the ipro platform to i2x, protecting our market access for soy biotechnology business. Elaborate new demand generation model, focusing on efficiency, optimization, system integrity and no compliance risks, ensuring the best experience for the farmer, leading integrated solutions. Build a new strategy model for trading companies, establishing a new market access. Ensuring adherence to access kpis, bringing the best technical positioning and experience to the farmer. Promote the adoption of digital agriculture, activating climate value propositions in seed production and grain origination. University degree in agronomy or related areas and mba degree experience in ag business (8 years min.) deep understanding of the marketing and commercial aspects of the ag business managing & collaborating in a matrix organization.
