It hosts one of the worlds largest high ole fins fluid catalytic cracker (hofcc) units and a world-Scale ethane cracker to produce and market more than 2.4 millions of mt per year of ethylene and propylene derivative products and 18 millions mt per year of crude oil distillated as one of the largest integrated refining and petrochemical company with product portfolio that includes polyethylene, polypropylene, poly methyl methacrylate, nylon6, epdm, and tpo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, netback optimization, gathering marketing intelligence, and leading product development initiativesthis individual will play a critical role in driving our companys growth and success in the competitive polymer americas will accompany you at every stage of this bachelors degree/ masters /phdin management, business administration marketing, chemical engineering or related. 15 years experience as a polymer in progressively marketing management role with strong knowledge of refinery and petrochemical products. Strong knowledge of crude oil and refined products market. Excellent knowledge of petrochemical business and marketing capability including technical areas, cost accounting, contract administration, trade rules and legal compliance. Excellent knowledge of marketing techniques including financial/accounting for credit risk and customer evaluation. Line management capability and ability to promote team working and productive environment. Duties & responsibilities 1.Marketing strategy development.. - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for each product line to achieve sales and profitability targets - Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on those opportunities - Collaborate with cross-Functional teams and external parties, including marketers to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives 2. Net back optimization-- Analyze market trends and dynamics, competitor activities to identify opportunities for net back optimization - Collaborate with the marketers to ensure the effective implementation of marketing plans - Monitor marketers net back performance. (sales prices and logistics) to maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness 3.Market intelligence-- Conduct regular market research to gather competitive intelligence and stay informed of industry trends, regulatory of markets needs, and markets shift - Support new product development initiatives through market assessments, competitive analyses, and customer and cross-Functional tears 4. Product the product development effort within the company for polymer products and collaborate with cross functional teams to devolve and lunch new products that meets customer needs and drive market growth-Evaluate new product ideas and find opportunities for product improvements/optimization - Coordinate product launches with marketers 5. Performance management & reportingestablish relevant kpis to track marketing performance and effectiveness successes. Challenges, and recommendations for improvement- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, market share analyses, competitive assessments, and other reports mange the marketing team andbudget.
