Vaga analista de recursos humanos sr - business partner-130000qw Description Supports human resources activities for a small site, organizational unit, or department, and facilitates legal compliance and Adherence to company policy. Compiles and analyzes data from human resources activities and assists in recommending changes. Partners with managers and employees to resolve employee and labor relations issues and concerns. Assists in resolution of conflicts, and provides coaching and counseling on employment matters. Participates in performance management activities, including employee development planning. Provides staffing and recruiting support, and people data analysis. Facilitates compensation process and benefits administration by partnering with shared services or the corporate human Resources function; develops and implements hourly workforce compensation recommendations. Advises site, business unit or corporate functional area leaders on compliance with key government legislated requirements. Assists in managing administration of and adherence to human resources policies and procedures. Conducts and documents investigations for business units or corporate functional areas. Coordinates training needs assessment, and participates in training activities and special projects. Creates employment contracts as required by local law or practice. Ensures complete and accurate employee information in all human resource information systems. Qualifications Education, licenses, certifications College, university, or equivalent degree in human resources, labor relations, or related business field required. Skills Benefits design, strategy and administration – has a good understanding of benefits programs including the design, cost Structure, and experience answering employee questions. Compensation administration, design and strategy basic concepts – possesses a basic knowledge of pay systems, merit pay Structure, and variable pay compensation structures. Conducting an investigation – experience in professionally conducting investigatory interviews, documenting the process, Findings and conclusions, analyzing and interpreting data and making recommendations for a solution. Diversity management – has a basic understanding of diversity management concepts and practices. Employment law – possesses a basic understanding of the laws and regulations commonly applied in the workplace. Can identify And seek assistance when issues arise. Hr information management & analytics – utilizes human resources system of record to manage employee information including Retrieving and analyzing information and ensuring accuracy. Labor and employee relations – acts as an employee advocate. Understands the impact of employee relations on unionization, Employee absenteeism and turnover, the potential for litigation, and credibility, between management and employees. Performance management – has a good understanding of organizational values and goals, translates them into performance Standards and applies and leads others through this process. Staffing – has an in-depth understanding of the staffing process, including analysis of applications, interviews, and job Offer process. Experience Minimal relevant work experience required.
