The creative drive brazil team is looking for a senior ux designer with a passion for simplifying complex problems and driving projects toward clarity. The ideal candidate is a brilliant problem solver, quick study, self-Starter, and excellent communicator. In this role, they will be asked to own big design problems work extremely collaboratively and cross-Functionally and deliver high-Quality designs, including wireframes, user flows, and detailed specs for engineering. What you bring Impeccable execution and care for all aspects of design, from conceptual thinking to prototyping and visual design Expertise developing and conveying ideas, data, and business concepts clearly in a verbal, written and visual format Experience working in a highly iterative, collaborative environment where people share work daily Expertise in design, presentation and prototyping tools (photoshop, illustrator, google slides, sketch, adobe xd or other tools) Ability to create project timelines and prioritize current projects Work enthusiastically with a highly collaborative cross-Functional team in an iterative design process, inspired by group critique Self-Motivated and able to efficiently run with a project without close supervision Proven ability to ship work fast without sacrificing quality or impacting delivery velocity Attention to detail every decision matters What youll do Ideate around, concept, and create exceptional product solutions for complex strategic problems across multiple touchpoints Create your own prototypes in adobe xd or a similar design program Present work to other departments and be comfortable articulating the strategic rationale behind a given solution Identify product gaps and roadmap solutions with product director and engineers Respond to feedback provided by external stakeholders and internal department leads Pré-Requisitos Conhecimentos e experiências Ux designer Photoshop Sketch Illustartor Adobe xd Idiomas Inglês Características ção Tempo integral Competitivo
