Descrição da vaga:

Atividades: triage tickets setting assignee, type and priority; respond and solve L1 tickets (observing sla); monitor charges, answer billing questions and process requests; report bugs to L2 and monitor response time; create knowledge base articles. Requisitos: be a fluent english speaker and have excellent writing skills; experience as L1 support and/or customer service; experience with a ticketing system. Diferenciais: experience with zendesk; experience with a software as A service (saas) company; experience with the it industry; experience with software development; basic html knowledge. Local: 100% remote work during the pandemic – trindade – florianópolis/sc to – pj.
