This is a fully remote position that does not require us work authorization. Available to anyone in latin america and the caribbean, excluding cuba and venezuela. Get paid in the currency of your choosing (usd, mxn, r$, cop...). We are seeking an senior technical project manager for a us based tech unicorn. The right candidate will be assertive and work to bring people together to help solve complex problems with an iterative, feedback driven approach. The right candidate will also be able to work independently under changing and non-Specific include: responsible for the management of the entire development cycle from definition/scope through implementation. Perform all program management activities for each project: planning, identify key resources and stakeholders, facilitate estimate and schedule planning, drive project milestones, lead kickoff and weekly meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, document outcomes, follow through on project retrospectives, as primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle communicate and collaborate across csm, engineering, and product on decision and resolutionuncover and manage interdependencies and impacts across projects and teams during discovery / planning / scoping coordinate execution alignment and cross-Project issue escalationmonitor project progress continuously and own execution reporting to keep all team members accountable, and all key stakeholders re-Prioritisation and/or re-Sequencing to accommodate delivery project workload in accordance with resource availability and roadmap changes facility with critical path analysismanage through influence, often without direct management authority, sometimes navigating divergent expectationstroubleshoot and solve technical and business-Related implementation problems in real-Time, and assign to other team members or escalate as appropriateprovide thought leadership when addressing technical customer challenges and/or program execution hurdles. Continuously improve and scale the broader organizationrequirementsc1 level english or above6+ years of technical product/project management or equivalent experience for a technology with software development lifecycle methodologies: agile versus waterfall project management frameworksstrong verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities to facilitate extensive interactions internally or externallystrong organizational skills to prioritise many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items able to operate independentlyability to manage project ambiguity, complexity, and cross-Functional interdependencies in an organized and structured waycomfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environmentbenefitsthis is a fully remote position that does not require us work from anywhere in latin america and the caribbean, excluding cuba and paid in the currency of your choosing (usd, mxn, r$, cop...).
