1finance testing pdm responsibilities coordinate test planning across all it and business units in partnership with uat program manager build program test delivery plans based on analytics, domain inputs, and executive guidance drive the development and execution of testing plan by working with project team to define, sequence, and estimate duration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives manages the identification, resolution and escalation of testing risks and issues plan and execute project communications ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information, documentation, and issue resolution to all appropriate team members requisitos english team management and/or large scale cross functional leadership with demonstrated results experience with software quality and concepts/processes for e2e testing, regression testing, uat testing and test automation strong communication skills, including the ability to convey analytic insights effectively to both it and business audiences strong core consulting skills - Demonstrated track record of quality delivery, project and program management, interpersonal and client relationship skills, fully proficient in microsoft office, particularly powerpoint, word, and excel.
