We are looking for an it intern to join the dealer business support (dbs) latin america team and help to build future solutions and support the volvo dealer business network. We are part of a unit within group it with approximately 1600 people having full responsibility to manage the evolution of all the commercial solutions systems used by the truck brands and that are common for the volvo group. We have development and support centers reaching from japan in the east to the us in the west and employees in poland, sweden, china, france, japan, uk, brazil, belgium and the us. Here in dbs latin america we are responsible for supporting over 400 dealership locations in latin america and north america, offering high-Level support in three different languages (portuguese, spanish and english), covering over 30+ applications and thousands of users. Role descriptionas dbs intern, you will be supporting the it applications provided by volvo for the dealer network, for the various aftermarket business processes, from selling trucks and parts to selling services to the volvo customer. In this assignment, you will work in a free environment with unique people who will provide you a great workplace. Key responsibilitiessupport volvo dealers it systems in latin america trough telephone and e-Mail on itsm tool;highlight recurring incidents;incident historical data analysis for improvements;create solutions for improvements and secure team’s kpi. Required knowledge/experienceattending a college in information technology (bachelor and/or engineering degree);initiative, continuous improvement and ownership mindsets;advanced or fluent english communication skills;intermediate spanish communication skills is a plus;have practical knowledge with automation (power automate, vb script, rpa) is a plus;experience with data analytics is a plus;experience with itsm tools (snow) is a plus.
