Do you want the freedom to work remotely? do you like numbers, spreadsheets, margins, strategic thinking and analysis? We are small online e-commerce of cosmetics, working with this industry for 10 years. We work in a unique way, more similar to trading then ecommerce, different then many ecommerce companies. We organize processes so that we can make a profit thru being more efficient in shipping and logistics. Our business is of research, data mining and understanding margins and returns. Main position responsibilities 1. To use our unique research process to find selling opportunities to purchase 2. To plan the purchase of new products and restocking of existing products in order to maximize profits 3. To ensure the accuracy of our product catalog information and data entry 4. Setting and monitoring of pricing software, that changes our prices automatically to compete in the market place. 5. To help improve the purchase and restocking process, to improve profitability The responsibility of our new hire is to oversee the whole of the business to maximize roi. Characteristics of the candidate 1. English: B2/c1 level. 2. Excel: Medium level capabilities like vlookup, sum and some other formulas. 3. Willing to work full-time with flexible working hours 4. Finance: Understanding of the concepts of return on investment, margins, cash flow, profit. 5. Good computer skills, facility or willingness to learn new software. Has an ability to research and find information on google 6. Has great attention to detail and loves numbers. Possibility to travel abroad to train and work with the owner a few weeks to a month, expenses paid, schengen visa required. The job is full-time 40 hours a week. Work hours should be similar to the owner of the company, for easier communication and training. Please don’t apply if you don’t fully suit the job description.
