It employs more than 1900 employees and has six production units in various parts of the world, two in brazil, two in france, one in north america and one in in addition to being supported by an international distribution network dedicated to meeting the needs of professionals of dentistry in more than 150 ideal candidate will support the full scope of human resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. Maintain and enhance the organizations human resources through the planning, implementation, and evaluation of human resources policies, programs, and partners with the local leadership team to understand needs and priorities and execute the sites human resources and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. provides support and guidance to the local management team, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive people questions and issues arise. manages the talent acquisition process, which includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial and professional roles collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. analyzes trends in compensation and benefits researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. performs other duties as english: advanced / ideal fluent masters degree in human resources strong experience in a leadership position as an hr generalist knowledge and expertise related to hr policies, processes and practices of compensation and benefits, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, leadership development. ability to build successful working relationships with leaders and managers. acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. thorough knowledge of employment-Related laws and regulations. proficient with microsoft office suite and with talentsoft or the ability to quickly learn the companys hris system. demonstrated expertise training managers and employees.
