We are the academia peremen looking for a recruiter for a new project in brazil! An educational platform for women that brings together leading market experts and practitioners. We give practical skills and knowledge necessary for every woman. For several years we have been successfully operating in the russian market, we have attracted 2 rounds of investments, and now we have a desire to conquer the fastest growing market at the moment - The market of latin america. What is to be done: Work with leaders in different areas; Search for specialists in the latin american market in different channels; Carry out a full selection cycle from search to offer (simultaneously 3-4 vacancies of different profiles: Producer, head of sales department, project manager); Implement an onboarding process. What we expect from you: At least 1 years of experience in recruitment in an agency or edtech company; Foreign market knowledge (latin american market); Knowledge of english (also preferably portuguese), interviews must be conducted in english or portuguese; Cases of successful hiring of marketers, products and designers; You are ready to take responsibility; You follow the market and know the practices of hr processes in large companies; You have a laptop for work. What we are ready to offer: · growth within the company; · we work remotely, you can work from anywhere in the world; · we are currently looking for a part-time recruiter, but full-time is possible in the future.
