Do not miss this opportunity! The challenge Our technical support team works to provide the best user experience for our customers. As a sre, you will be responsible for installing, testing and managing server infrastructure on development and production environments, ensuring its reliable operation for large scale projects. You will work with ha servers, sla and their services health, db integrity, issue solving and product maturity life-Cycle. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to learn more about big data frameworks, monitoring tools, and large system operations. Key responsibilities Cluster management in staging and production environments Physical and virtual environments installation, corrective and preventive maintenance and solutions monitoring Routine implementation and automation Multichannel technical support Implementation and auditing of information security policies. Required qualifications Engineering, computer science, information systems or related degree Strong server infrastructure skills Strong knowledge of linux environments Customer service experience and log analysis English reading and writing. Desired qualifications and experience Good bash and python skills Knowledge of sql Experience with hadoop infrastructure Windows server Advanced english.
