Do not miss this opportunity! The challenge Our technical support team works to provide the best user experience for our customers. As a support analyst, you will be responsible to interact with strategic customers, attending to their requests and demands. You will be working with analysis of client issues, identification of errors and proposal of improvement solutions. The role gives the opportunity to learn about products, mobile, web and linux systems. You will also have the responsibility to deal with big clients and large systems. Key responsibilities Tier 1 and 2 support crm, chat, email and others Issue analysis and solving Perform error data analysis to support test definitions Routine implementation and automation Multichannel technical support Reports formulation. Required qualifications Engineering, computer science, information technology and related degree Knowledge of linux and windows Knowledge of analytical techniques Problem solving and critical thinking Data and information synthesis capabilities English reading, writing and speaking. Desired qualifications and experience Infrastructure skills Java, python and bash skills Experience in customer service with log analysis Knowledge of sql.
