Responsibilities include the identification and characterization of performance benchmarks technology and experiential aspects. Requires strong knowledge of the skin care competitive landscape, a passion for inclusive products, vendor technology and ingredient trends, leveraging this knowledge to enable development of product demos as well as new communications on existing are the main responsibilities:cft product design experience, preferably in the skin care category. Proven track record of translating the voice and needs of the consumer into technical product design attribute. Understanding of consumer insights and how to apply to product design across the category. Product development and data analytics experience including the ability to apply the scientific method to generate, interpret and analyze consumer and technical data. This role requires curiosity and a global mindset, adept at working across different cultures and passionate about people and is the person?Works closely with product development (pd) chemists and global brand marketing to co-Develop product briefs to define appropriate performance, technology approach and claims/communications required to deliver on the desired consumer product experience. Also works closely with market research to identify trends and opportunities to apply to avons facial skin care innovation you need to have?Experience with the product development process with expertise in the skin care category. Ability to operate independently as part of a larger matrix environment, effectively interfacing with business partners to identify and deliver against consumer needs via technical product design.
