Financial coordinator rhf talentos unidade brasília - Df vagas candidatar-Se para essa vaga financial coordinator cifor icraffinanceirobrasília e remoto (híbrido) compartilhe esta vaga working hours: flexiblecredit hours: 40 hoursinform salary expectationsduties of the position:plan, coordinate and manage administrative, financial and hr-Related activities, ensuring compliance with the organizations guidelines, policies and procedurescoordinate and supervise the local administrative and financial teamsupport and provide input and guidance on the projects administrative and financial planning, monitoring and evaluation processes, including the development and monitoring of the local budget,prepare accurate and timely project financial reports in accordance with internal and external (donor) requirementsorganize and submit documents for financial audits of all local projects and support the annual institutional audit processprovide administrative support to staff and other partners in implementing field and research activitiesmaintain and improve internal controls over financial transactions and local business processesmonitor expenditures to ensure that project funds are used properlymaintain and manage documents and legal administrative processes required by the organization, project and donor requirementscoordinate staff recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits programssupervise the work of the accounting office in relation to taxes due and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payments, reporting on all tax requirementsmonitor partnership agreements (mous and project specific agreements) both for compliance by all parties and to ensure timely renewal negotiation where appropriatesupport the financial component for the development of project proposals and concept notes,supervise the inventory of icraf equipment and assets and manage local fixed assets in accordance with headquarters asset management policy, including reviewing and assisting in the preparation of inventoriesupdate and maintain hr records to prepare reports in accordance with the requirements of the organization, as well as administer insurance policies, contracting and administering services in accordance with the rules and policies of the headquarterscoordinate with the regional team (latin america) of icraf the actions related to the contracts and reports according to the demand. Mandatory requirements:ability to coordinate interdisciplinary teams and promote their development and interpersonal skills, ability to relate to colleagues and openness to a diversity of perspectivespunctuality in meeting deadlines for carrying out activitiesinitiative, dynamism and creativity and ability to solve routine problems with in relevant software packages (microsoft office)oral and written fluency in portuguese and english - Basic domain of spanish is desirableavailable to travel periodically and for extended periods in the areas of intervention of the project. Academic education:academic/professional qualificationsbachelors degree (preferably inaccounting/finance).Be a member of the body of accountants in brazilproficiency in ms office, desktop softwareaccounting - Unit4 business world (agresso) would be an added advantagefluency in englishprofessional experienceexperience in organizations: international or in the ngo/third sector sector in brazilexperience in accounts payable andpayroll in handling in proposal formulationbudgeting and project/grant financial management, includingdonor working with a wide rangefrom interested parties such as management, donors, volunteers and/or alllevels of officials, community leaders, media, government officials,academia and internal and external scientistsexperiencein managing and implementing budgets for various projects.
