Were looking for talented full-stack developers (senior, mid-level, junior) to join our distributed team in brazil for remote work. Based in the u.s., shaw and partners is an enterprise software development company. We contract programmers for remote work in distributed teams across brazil and europe. We are a group of humble and compassionate developers working on global projects with solid tech, with the desire to possess our own products. We provide great opportunities to grow for developers that make it through our gates. Requirements: Experience with frontend libraries (ideally reactjs and ) backend with node, experience with postgres and mongodb (elasticsearch and graphql are a plus) write and run unit or integration tests comfortable working with containers, particularly docker solid written english skills any of the following a plus: Development experience in go, python, elixir experience with agile software development processes experience working independently or in remote teams strong experience and interest in working with kubernetes, amazon web services, google cloud platform experience working in open source communities or contributions to any open source project benefits: Agile culture remote work flexible hours pay 15% 30% above average
