Da oportunidade main activities:, schedules, and other organizational reports as needed provides advice and guidance to other employees manages team workloads in order to meet goals and deadlines develops plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs develops service agreement package improves existing systems and policies ensures customer requirements are met in a timely manner promotes and enforces safety in the workplace is responsible of stock and inventory review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability identifies improvement areas and evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration plans and implements systems to boost company effectiveness manages internal and external service suppliers in terms of contracts and agreements executes plans designed to meet company goals by changing policies, build bonus schemes and promote the necessary coaching plans of employees requirements: English, pro level excellent organizational and leadership abilities proactive mindset for mission critical environment manages time appropriately and effectively skills in technology and industry 4.0 in depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. Supply chain, finance, customer service etc.). Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity. Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics familiarity with ms office and various business software (e.g. Erp, crm) outstanding communication and people skills frequent travel (20% worktime) inside and outside brazil
