Jpc - 517 - It business partner with piramal critical care position overview : the it business partner acts as the liaison between our business users, software support vendors, internal it support team and corporate it to implement new applications as well as manage existing applications to support business growth. The ideal candidate will be a technical contributor and advisor to our business users to proactively assist in partnering with business to understand the requirements and lead the implementation of the solution as per business requirements. The role is also responsible for managing it internal and external resources assigned on the project roles and responsibilities : manages all aspects of large business-Impacting projects for new and existing it systems. This includes systems such as sap, data warehouses, business intelligence reporting, order management, manufacturing and warehouse systems and integration with systems/3pls to allow the business to continue to grow as well as run more efficiently. This includes: implements it solutions/systems at site level by working with business users and core it team to develop strategies to support business growth identify solutions in industry, applications, vendors and propose to reporting manager develops assessment of project scope and budget for approval, development of project charter, collection of requirements, evaluation of it options and selection of vendor development of statements of work and managing vendors to cost and solution obligations managing site and remote offshore it resources, testing and defect resolution, training, go live transition support, and post go live monitoring identifying technologies to be implemented for meeting business requirements assists users with data migration to new system and using post go live tools successfully ensures that the overall it infrastructure setup is in place for the project and systems which are being rolled out works closely with business project manager and ensure there are governance reviews with it core committee, steering committee review partners with both business stakeholders and it professionals onsite and offsite in a cross culture environment across the globe initiating change control and approvals, gxp assessments, managing the overall it system validation assists business users in the overall validation process right from urs, iq, oq, pq phases coordinates for purchase requisition, purchase orders for it related costs act as an interface between corporate it resources, it implementation partner, it security and it infrastructure teams establishes, maintains and nurtures the business customer relationship ensures transition of knowledge to support team once project is completed provide timely updates to business teams and reporting manager performing upgrades of large scale systems (i.E. Enhancement packs on sap) through coordination with application vendors and business resources qualifications education/experience required : bs degree in business, computer science or related field or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience 10-12 years of relevant experience in it project management, it support delivery, business applications experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device required global enterprise software experience dealing with large global software platforms such as salesforce crm, sap, data warehouse, global planning & forecasting strong understanding of computer system validation lifecycle and working with gxp systems strong project management experience, pmp or other advanced certification preferred familiarity with project management tools (e.G. Jira, timesheet systems) and office tools (e.G. Word, excel, and powerpoint) experience in managing teams, with excellent team-Working skills (especially in a culturally diverse environment) and a willingness to get alongside issues, provide clear direction and drive results. Experience in working with stakeholders in global geographies training experience to assist system users to trouble-Shoot issues ability to produce training materials and lead training sessions. Ability to develop and create compelling business cases to promote new technologies and outcomes to the business.
