Lukes. He/she will also have oversight for all donor cultivation, stewardship and fundraising events across st. Lukes university health network. In addition, the director will collaborate with the grants team to secure grant funding from vendors and corporations to benefit st. duties and responsibilities: develops and implements a strategic plan for identifying and securing corporate gifts and vendor sponsorships to maximize support across st. Lukes university health oversight for all special events (including but not limited to: receptions, tournaments, dinners, fundraisers, etc.) intended to identify new donors and cultivate existing supporters of the network. Coordinates annual solicitation packages and sponsorship materials/mailings. Works closely with network leaders to prioritize top vendors and establish key partnerships. Develop annual stewardship plans for each company to keep them for the management of expenses and profits for all special events. Works with event staff to establish and implement an annual calendar of special events across the network. Responsible for the assessment of all special events to ascertain the cost/benefit analysis. Provides the breakdown for internal council and reports the findings to the board of a portfolio of corporate prospects in various stages of moves management who may be interested in st. Lukes university health network and/or its programs and effectively facilitate the cultivation and solicitation closely with development grant colleagues to secure corporate grants by aligning company philanthropy to the mission of st. with the development of strategic fundraising plan, including goal setting, market potentials, objectives, strategies, evaluation as well as overseeing event with the team to research potential new companies to grow the corporate portfolio. Cultivate and steward existing relationships with corporate confidentiality of all materials handled within the network/ entity as well as the proper release of with network and departmental policies regarding issues of employee, patient and environmental safety and follows appropriate reporting the networks service excellence standards of performance in interactions with all customers (internal and external).Demonstrates performance improvement in the following areas as appropriate: clinical care/outcomes, customer/service improvement, operational system/process, and financial responsibility and accountability through the effective and efficient use of resources in daily procedures, processes and with network and departmental policies regarding attendance and dress code. Maintains security of the donor st. Lukes on external community fundraising efforts for the related duties as and sensory requirements:sitting for up to eight hours per day, up to two hours at a time. Walking for up to one hour per day, up to 15 minutes at a time. Involves frequent fingering, firm grasping, handling and twisting and turning. Occasional lifting and carrying objects up to 25 pounds. Occasional stooping, bending and reaching above shoulder level. Hearing as it relates to normal conversation. Seeing as it relates to general vision, near vision, color vision, peripheral vision and visual bachelors degree or equivalent work experience of 8-10 years related work. Masters degree and experience:excellent communication skills and highly developed organizational skills a must. Strategic thinker who can spot opportunities and develop strategies. Knowledge of and experience with event planning. The ability to handle multiple assignments without complete your application using your full legal name and current home address.
