The role: teams partner success manager cloud solution architect the cloud solution architect (csa) resource has l300 technical knowledge as a teams solutions architect expert and can initiate and drive business strategy discussions with c-Level executives and business decision makers around industry drivers and workloads. The csa is responsible for creating plans and architecting solutions to accomplish sales objectives, primarily achieved by engaging prospective customers, identifying opportunities, and ensuring engagement with field counterparts (ssp) and/or business partners to bring these to close. Scope of this role: grow business, revenue & consumption in microsoft teams platform with priority isvs through customer acquisition and adoption of the solutions. Key responsibilities: engage with ms psm, csm manager, isvs, ae, csm, pdm, or pmm and its customers across industries, company sizes and types to understand overall applications portfolio, it and business priorities and success measures to design implementation architectures and solutions. Apply technical knowledge and customer insights to create a modernization roadmap. Architect solutions to meet business and it needs, ensuring technical viability of new projects and successful deployments, while orchestrating key resources and infusing key infrastructure technologies according to each isv needs. Ensure all solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment. Develop deep relationships with key customer it decision makers, who drive long-Term cloud adoption within their company to enable them to be cloud advocates. Being the first contact point for many customers, deliver strong first impression, and set foundation for long term customer relationship. Communicate effectively with line of business and it decision makers effectively via phone, email, and social tools. Work strategically to remove technical and business sales roadblocks and innovate to improve business development practices. Develop a thorough understanding of solutions and relevant business pains and become proficient conducting high-Level demos of primary selling scenarios for solutions. Understand competitor solutions and products and drive compete messaging to cross-Sell and up-Sell microsoft solutions. Work in a fast-Paced, collaborative, dynamic teaming environment with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain technical skills and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights collaborate and share with the technical community. Be a teams platform evangelist with the field, customers, partners, and external communities.
