Location: santiago, chile, #li-Hybridabout the role:we are seeking a product manager who can define product strategy in agreement with local management and global marketing department and implement supporting tactical plans/role will work directly with the marketing and sales teams and reports to the therapeutic area responsibilities:- Drive strategic vision, direction, and business plan for the portfolio with an agile mindset.- Manage team of indirect report(s) and peers to deliver on strategic and financial commitments, collaborate with internal teams and partners to identify and implement strategies, initiatives to achieve goals and inspire and empower team to work collaboratively to achieve superior results.- Drive business transformation with focus on multi-Channel marketing and digital solutions, according with targeting and segmentation of stakeholders translating strategy into effective business initiatives.- Execute market analysis & insights to support cells with market knowledge.- Co-Create, develop and implement with other functions and areas strategic customer plans based on the needs of our stakeholders.- Management of cell resources to ensure P&L optimization.- Ensure tactical plan is implemented according to the strategy and budget.
